ASIDE FROM THE ACTUAL TRAILER, WHAT ELSE WILL I NEED TO OPERATE IT?
A 2- 5/16" ball and a 7-way plug is required to tow the trailer.
The refrigeration requires a 20 AMP/120 Volt dedicated circuit or a 6500 watt generator to operate, which is not included in the base rates but may be rented as an addition
HOW MUCH BEER IS IN A KEG?
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
The rental is confirmed when KKT receives the signed Rental Agreement, full payment + 50% of the total rental cost is paid as a security deposit. Per the terms of the contract, the trailer should be returned in the same condition as it was received. In the event the trailer is returned damaged, KKT reserves the right to keep the entire security deposit, regardless of the cost to repair such damages.
WHAT'S YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
A 50% security deposit + full payment is due at the time of booking, and will guarantee your reservation. No exceptions to this policy. This security deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period if the trailer and all equipment is returned clean and undamaged.
WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
In the event of a cancellation, your security deposit will not be returned. The only exception to this policy is if your event will need to be modified due to county issued restrictions relating to Covid 19.
DO THE BEER KEGS COME WITH THE RENTAL?
No, customers are responsible for their own kegs. Easy installation instructions will be mounted on the interior of the trailer.
WHAT ARE THE PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF HOURS?
Trailer shall be picked up no earlier than 4:30pm, and dropped-off no later than 12-noon. A late fee of $50 per hour shall apply for trailers that are dropped off after approved time.
DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE TRAILER WHEN I'M DONE WITH IT?
Yes. The trailer should be returned in the same condition as when it was picked-up or delivered.
DOES THE GENERATOR RENTAL COME WITH GAS?
Yes, the generator rental comes with a full tank of E-free gas, along with an additional tank of gas. This should be enough fuel for the trailer to run approximately 12 hours. Customer is responsible for additional gas required (E-free only please).
